The retreat brings together a private heated indoor swimming pool, indoor spa and traditional hot stone cedar sauna. All within one dedicated wellness area for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests. - Heated indoor swimming pool maintained at approximately 28–30°C - Indoor spa maintained at approximately 38–40°C - Traditional hot stone cedar sauna operating at approximately 70–80°C These facilities can be enjoyed throughout the year, making the retreat ideal for both summer and winter stays. The indoor pool and spa are professionally serviced before each booking and prepared for your arrival. The pool is heated and maintained automatically. Water temperature may vary slightly depending on outdoor weather conditions and guest usage. Bath towels and face towels are provided for each registered guest. Separate pool towels are not included. Additional towels may be available for a small fee if requested in advance. Kids outdoor Play Area For families travelling with children, the retreat also features a large outdoor jungle gym, giving the kids their own space to climb, play and enjoy hours of outdoor entertainment while the adults relax nearby. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bedroom Access and Sleeping Arrangements The property can accommodate up to 15 guests. The base rate includes up to 10 guests. For groups of more than 10 guests, an additional fee of $50 per person, per night applies. Please enter the correct number of adults and children when booking so the price and bedroom setup can be arranged correctly. Children aged 3 years and over are included in the guest count, children under 3 stay free. Bedrooms are prepared according to the number of guests booked. For groups of up to 10 guests, we can offer either: • Standard setup: 5 bedrooms – 1 king bedroom and 4 queen bedrooms. • Family-friendly setup: 4 bedrooms – 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bunk room, which can sleep up to 5 guests. For larger groups, additional bedroom access will be arranged as required, with all six bedrooms available for groups of 14–15 guests. Bedrooms not required for your booking will remain closed. Feel free to message us if you have a preferred bedroom arrangement. The retreat remains completely private and exclusively yours throughout your stay, including all living areas, indoor pool, spa, sauna and outdoor spaces. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bathrooms The home includes three full bathrooms and four powder rooms, providing excellent convenience for families and larger groups. - Master ensuite: Jacuzzi spa bath, double shower and separated powder room - Upstairs common bathroom: Bathtub with a separate powder room - Pool area bathroom: Conveniently located beside the indoor pool, with a separate powder room - Downstairs powder room: Located near the main living area ------------------------------------------------------------------ Around the Home Living Areas Features two separate lounge areas, each with a 65-inch Sony Smart TV with Netflix and Stan, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. During the cooler months from June to August, guests can gather around the cozy indoor wood fireplace, with firewood provided. Dedicated Office Room For guests who need to work or study during their stay, the retreat includes a dedicated office room with a comfortable workspace, providing a quiet area away from the main living spaces. Heating and Cooling - Fully ducted heating and cooling throughout the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas - Split-system heating and cooling in the downstairs living area - Separate split system heating and cooling in the optional sixth bedroom EV Charging A complimentary fast on-site EV charger is available for guests from 10pm to 10am. Kitchen and Dining The open plan kitchen and dining area is positioned to enjoy beautiful views towards Mount Buffalo. Outdoor shoes must not be worn on the upstairs timber floors or in the indoor pool area at all times. Please remove footwear before entering these areas. Additional cleaning costs may apply only if excessive dirt, mud and staining requires extra professional cleaning.
